Scope and Contents: Harry Hall's diary discusses two battle fronts in which he participated. The first was during the 1914 Battle of Veracruz, Mexico. The second was the along the Western Front where his battalion was to provide fire support to Marine's during the fighting. Hall also discusses training, life of the USS Utah and general life in the military. He also provides notes on his monthly finances.
