Scope and Contents: The Kenneth J. Gray papers consist of manuscripts, correspondence, clippings, photographs documenting Gray's two stints in the U. S. Congress from 1955-1973 and 1985-1989.  Most of the material comes from the first of these periods; very little is preserved from the second.
